Question for Okahandja Municipality

Am naemi josef and my father is silas josef he was walking in municipality and he pass away 2005 .my grandmother and my father brother they was registed me to as beneficial and this to the get they money.the tell my grandmother that if i turn 15 year we must let them know.but when my aunty call to this ******** they just shouted to my aunty i dnt know why .my question is am no more going to get my money or why are the doing this to me am now in grade 8 .who will help me if my both parent pass on ? i want to hear from you .
