Caprivi Mutoya Lodge Conference Pavilion - Katima Mulilo

OPENING APRIL 2022!

Situated on the banks of the Zambezi River in Namibia, Caprivi Mutoya Lodge will offer a nature inspired workshop/conference pavilion set amongst ancient indigenous trees. Mutoya Pavilion, only 20 minutes drive (25kms) from Katima Mulilo will be able to seat up to 30 people in a spacious venue, which will be ideal for conferences, workshops, training courses, corporate team-building and social events.

Though the pavilion will only have large open-air window openings with roll-down canvas blinds, we will still offer fans and air conditioning for sweltering hot African summers. For snacks and meals these will be catered for in our main lodge bar/restaurant deck area only a couple of minutes walk from the pavilion.

Our rates will include an afternoon sunset cruise on a large pontoon boat where guests can get to see crocodiles, hippos and a myriad of birds, making this is a fabulous way to end a conference. We will also be able to organise small events and functions on this boat.

Accommodation is in Luxury Tents (wood & canvas structures) and air-conditioned Chalets. Other activities can also be organised.
