Reviews of DHL - Windhoek

DHL Namibia, especially the service I received from David, Diina and Frieda, was awesome i requested assistance via email quote sent via email, payment made and within 6 days my letter from South Africa arrived on my door step in Namibia. They kept me informed all the way. This is exceptional service from DHL Namibia, this is customer service that makes us come back and bring others along as well. Thank you team.

They sound very helpful over the phone but once the call has ended, that’s it. DHL Express they say? Pathetic. Parcel sent end of Dec 2020 still not delivered....

Sender paid when parcel was sent, Dhl charged again, I’m still not sure what I paid for and the receipt issued is hand written... simply say “duties”

I do not recommend. Hoping to at least get the parcel some day...

Bill of Ladings sent with DHL to Namibia did not arrive at destination,but in Windhoek.
Today I try, without success,to find out who got these documents.A person answers the phone and promises to phone back..He does not want to give an after hours number and never phones back.My container cannot be released in the harbour-I have to foot the Bill.
