We are looking for profiles and CVs of Legal Counsels that we will send to our large account customers for their future recruitment needs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice ;
• Update and maintain legal databases ;
• Investigate and resolve disputes ;
• Prepare legal memorandum, legal documentation, reports, analysis, reviews and audits ;
• Develop and implement contracts terms and conditions ;
• Perform legal monitoring ;
• Ensure compliance with law ;
• Manage highly complex litigious legal files ;
• Oversee and facilitate legal services.

• JD from a top-tier law school ;
• Minimum 5 years of legal practice ;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills ;
• Ability to solve problems ;
• Excellent analytical skills ;
• Results-oriented.
